Arriving in Milan after a ferry or cruise

Milan is inland. If you arrive by sea, plan a transfer from your passenger terminal to a railway station, followed by your onward journey to Milan. Genoa and Savona have passenger ports; the most useful route depends on your exact terminal and arrival time.

From Genoa

Confirm your terminal with your ferry or cruise operator. Check the official port access information, then use Trenitalia to search from Genova Piazza Principe, or the station recommended for your terminal, to Milano Centrale. Select your actual travel date and allow time for disembarkation and the local transfer. Not every departure is direct.

From Savona or another port

Ask your operator which railway station and local transfer serve your terminal. Check the full onward journey in the train planner, including changes and the last suitable service, before buying a ticket.

Once you reach Milano Centrale

Take the M2 Green Line three stops to Moscova: Centrale → Gioia → Garibaldi → Moscova. From Moscova, follow Via Moscova against car traffic, then turn left at the first traffic light into Via Solferino. Our address is Via Solferino 56, Milan.
